鸡中翅 | 6个 |
欣和椒麻味黄豆酱 | 2勺 |
生姜 | 一小块 |
小葱 | 3根 |
白糖 | 1茶匙 |
料酒 | 适量 |
制作步骤:
将鸡中翅洗净擦干表面水分,然后用刀在鸡翅两面横切几道口子,方便入味;
将生姜切丝,小葱切段;(留一点小葱切花,蒸好装盘撒在上面装饰)
将鸡中翅,姜丝、葱段放入碗中,加入一茶匙白糖;
加入适量料酒;
加入两勺欣和椒麻味黄豆酱;
搅拌均匀,放置腌制1小时左右;
蒸锅烧开水,放入腌制好的鸡中翅,大火蒸20分钟即可!
时间到!香喷喷的鸡翅出炉喽~
将鸡中翅摆入盘中,撒入小葱花;
