I emphasized catfish lives in shallow water, hence the meat somewhat smells like dirt if doesn't handle well. Usually catfish are good for fried, but this restaurant use STEAM and yet they managed to neutralized the smell with ginger, chili and soy sauce. Marvelous combination. 😉

shit that sounds real nice. i've had catfish before but i wanna try that dish specifically 😆
