早上烙了餅,餅兩邊是不一樣的花紋,趁熱吃很香脆,凉了就不好吃了。這是還沒有做菜app的時候,自己想出來的做法。在調試的過程中,被鍋邊燙了三四次,每次都會在胳膊上留下一道淺黃的痕迹,像餅上的花紋[哈哈][哈哈][哈哈]。但觀察餅熟的過程可以得到很多關於“火候”的規律
