This is the entry for the daily food photography contest held by @howtostartablog

這道黃金咖哩軟殼蟹，軟殼蟹煮出香氣十足的咖哩醬汁，抹在鬆軟的法式麵包上，感覺有點像越南菜的吃法。

香滑的咖哩醬裡面的軟殼蟹咬起來有酥脆的口感，若再把咖哩醬上面烤得香脆的薄餅弄碎混在咖哩醬裡面，口感更有層次。
