Stir-fried Eggs with Chinese Chives韭菜炒鸡蛋

独在异乡,又开始想念家乡的味道了,今天做了非常家常的一道中国菜,只需要五分钟!!
不多说了,马上开始:韭菜炒鸡蛋(比较喜欢韭菜原始的香味)
I am alone out of hometown and I miss the taste of my hometown. Today I made a very homemade Chinese dish in just 5 minutes! ! Quickly start: stir-fried eggs with Chinese chives (I like the original taste of chives).

第一步:准备好韭菜300g,鸡蛋4个,盐10g,鸡精10g,油;
Step 1:Chinese Chives 300g, 5 Eggs, Salt 5g, Chicken Extract 5g,oil;

第二步:韭菜切末;
Step 2:Cut Chinese chives into small pieces(5 mm).

第三步:鸡蛋打入碗中,加入盐和鸡精,搅拌均匀;
Step 3:Crack the eggs onto a bowl, and add the salt and chicken extract. Stir the eggs.

第四步:将韭菜倒入鸡蛋中,搅拌均匀;
Step 4:Mix in the Chinese chives and eggs until combined.

第五步:开中火,锅内加入油,等40秒,将鸡蛋盒韭菜倒入油锅中,并不断搅拌约1mins,盛入盘中即可。就着米饭吃简直太美味了。
Step 5:Open stove(medium), add some oil into a pan(wait about 40s). Add the egg and Chinese chives mixture into the pan. Stir the mixture slowly(about 1mins). Put the egg and Chinese chives mixture into a dish. The stir-fried eggs with Chinese chives taste very good with rice.

小提示:鸡蛋表皮有一层膜,可以一定程度保护鸡蛋,洗过的鸡蛋变质比没洗过的要快。鸡蛋不要存放太久。
Tips: There is a film on the outside of egg, which can protect the egg in some extent. Washed eggs spoil faster than eggs without washing. Do not stove eggs too long.
