需要准备沙袋或其他重物。
锻炼部位
主要锻炼手臂肌肉。
分解动作
- 平躺在地面后,手掌和脚部支撑身体,保持身体挺直。
- 手部弯曲做俯卧撑动作,不同的是在背上依据自身条件放置些合适重量的重物。
- 重复动作
