BLOG #14 : HOW TO MAKE KIMBAP FRIED ?? ( 如何做一个油炸的kimbap) ??

Today I will guide you how to make Korean fried Kimbap. The reason I want to send to you this dish is because today I just go to eat kimbap at a shop .. A few months ago, I have posted an article about kimbap and my picnic and friends . I hope everyone will follow and support me 😋😘

Material : 😍

  • rice: 2 bowls

  • Seaweed: 3 leaves

  • Cucumber: 1 fruit

  • Carrots: 1 bulb

  • Eggs: 4 fruits

  • Sausages: 2

  • Fluffy fried flour

  • Cooking oil, sesame oil

  • Salt

    How to make kimbap fried : 🤗
    主料:

饭 : 2碗

  • 海藻:3叶

  • 黄瓜:1个水果

  • 胡萝卜:1个灯泡

  • 鸡蛋:4个水果

  • 香肠:2

  • 蓬松油炸的面粉

  • 烹调油,芝麻油

如何使kimbap炒:

步骤1:

  • 与1茶匙芝麻油和½茶匙盐混合

  • Mix well with 1 teaspoon sesame oil and ½ teaspoon salt

  • Cucumber, carrot split into long, square yarns.

  • Beat two eggs, add ½ teaspoon of salt and beat. Boil the oil pan and fry it.

  • Spread seaweed on a towel or sushi rolls.

  • Spread the rice on seaweed leaves. Put cucumber, carrot, egg, sausage into a corner.

Looks like you did a good job. I love kimbap, I think I could eat a different one everyday. My favourite is tuna kimbap, whats your favourite?

I just made kimbap with simple ingredients: ((As my introduction, I have sausages, eggs, carrot and cucumber.) Tuna you mentioned is the tuna still alive? 😝

Well you did a good job. and no the tuna comes from a can haha, if it were raw I would call it sushi ;)

(I know sushi haha. I thought you said you ate tuna kimbap so I was surprised.( kimbap of korea) and japanese sushi ,,, 2 dishes are nearly the same .. But sushi is for gourmets, and it's hard to eat compared to some people. But sushi is more diverse than kimbap because I used to eat sushi crab eggs 😋

yes its interesting, before I moved to Korea I thought kimbap and sushi were the same thing, haha. But don't say that to Japanese or Korean people, they will not be happy haha

Haha of course they will not be happy because no one likes to comment on their traditional food. 😂
