Cranberries butter cookies • 蔓越莓牛油饼干
I always love cookies loaded with raisins and dried fruit! And i baked this with cranberries, it turned out so well! Can't stop eating now yumyum!
Ingredients 材料
200g -Salted Butter (softened)
100g -Icing Sugar (sifted)
1/4tsp -Vanilla Extract
300g -All Purpose Flour (sifted)
40g -Dried Cranberries (chopped)
牛油 200克 (有盐的,软化)
糖粉 100克 (过筛)
香草精 1/4 小匙
面粉 300克 (过筛)
蔓越莓 40克 (切小)
Method 做法:
Cream butter and icing sugar until pale and creamy. Slowly beat in vanilla extract.
把牛油和糖粉打至奶白色,加入香草精。
Gradually beat in flour (low speed) until all ingredients mixed well. I usually add in flour in this way, to make sure it combine well with the butter mixture
再慢慢的加面粉,我通常都会以这样慢慢加面粉,以确保面粉可以均匀的混合在内。
Slowly stir in cranberries
加入蔓越莓
Cover the dough with cling wrap, keep in the freezer for 1 hour. You may use aluminium foil box like me to shape the dough if you don't have a proper mould to shape it.
用保鲜膜把面团包好,放入冰箱雪藏1小时。若没有摸具,可以像我这样用盒子把面团定型也行。
After 1 hour, it'll be firm enough to cut. Quickly slice the dough with sharp knife like this.
雪藏1小时后面团已定型,赶紧用比较锋利的刀子如上图的方式切片。
Bake in preheated oven at 160c for 15mins.
放入以预热的烤箱,160c约15分钟。
Voila! My cranberries cookies is done!
