我不是大廚之《電飯鍋雞飯》
三至兩人份的午飯要怎麽準備?
就來個電飯鍋雞飯好了,
食材簡單既有省時間,
都適合過於忙碌的媽媽們,
載孩子上下課,回到家又要忙著做家務,
的確還真忙不過來呀!
不妨試做這個電飯鍋雞飯,
讓你節省時間也無需絞盡腦汁想菜單ㄟ( ̄▽ ̄ㄟ)。
來看看要準備的食材吧!
材料:
1只 雞腿(去骨)
4片 斑斕葉 / 青蔥(可撇去雞肉的腥味外,也讓米飯吃起來香香噠)
3片 老姜
3片 老姜(切碎)
5瓣 蒜米(切碎)
3顆 小洋蔥(切片後預先炒香)
制作:
❈雞腿塗上鹽巴腌制10分鐘。
❈3片老姜下鍋炒香,起鍋備用。
❈將老姜碎與蒜米碎下鍋炒香後起鍋倒入飯鍋。
❈把香米洗凈再倒入適量的水與炒香的材料一起混合,再加入1小茶匙的鹽巴調味。
(註:平時飽飯的水量就可以了,無需特意倒入對於的水分。)
❈再把雞腿,3片老姜與斑斕葉放在白米表面,點按鍵Cook步驟完成。
45分鐘後,香噴噴的電飯煲雞飯完成啦,
享用之前灑炒香的小洋蔥做裝飾吃起來格外香脆,
