It took me four months to hit reach 35k from 30,000 SP. Why? I'm not sure. I have been giving my 100% since I have joined Steemit, or maybe as some of my family members like to call it; This is all you do. Steemit, Steemit, Steemit.
I have been posting high quality content for a long time now. Or have I? I really want to have a feedback from my readers or from the Steemit team itself. Have I been posting 'high quality' content? I think I do, only that explains the interaction and support I was getting. I am also the first Pakistani user who joined club 100 and have been following it for the past 11 months. Then, in between all of this I managed to win the Best Author of 2021 award which I, obviously recieved due to my good content. Following that I was also the first Pakistani 4x, 5x and 6x Dolphin.
Just stating all of this because I am a bit worried and also a bit frustrated to see the lack of support since the last couple of months. Ofcourse, this didn't affect my content a bit, but I had a goal of becoming an Orca by the end of 2022 and it seems rally far-fetched now. I'm still not losing any hope and most probably will be posting my engagement challenge blog, right after this post, but still I am concerned. This is not a complaint, I'm just looking for some answers and hopefully I'll get them on this post. This way, I'll be able to work on my lacking factors.
With powering up all my earnings, it was inevitable to reach this point sooner or later. Since a past couple of months, I have been manually curating posts which has helped me in building my SP even further. So, the journey from 30k to 35k has a lot of curation rewards in it. I was stuck after 34k for a long period of time but this morning, I finally put the pedal to metal and hit the 35k status. With regular small powerups, I was able to do it.

I won't deny, I feel a bit demoralized, but I won't stop working towards that Orca dream. This was my goal for 2022 on Steemit and I'll give my very best to achieve it. With the current responsibilities on this Platform, I'm making it sure to give it proper time as I always have. Once again, I'm looking forward to get an answer, someone who'd point out the lacking factor in my content or in my work, so that I could work on it. Still, I'll continue doing what I have been doing for the past 18 months; quality content.

Hey hey - you know yourself that it's not because of your content if things aren't going so steeply uphill at the moment ;-)) Since the SBD are no longer printed, the rewards are only a fraction of what they used to be. Things are a bit slower at the moment - but still going in the right direction! Congratulations on the very large tumbler!
Thank you @weisser-rabe for this motivational Message. I desperately needed it. Indeed, things are a lot slower than how they used to be, that won't stop me though. We continue to march forward.

Achieving great voting power on the platform is not usually that easy, but it is interesting that you have achieved it, gained from good writing, as you point out.
The last few months have been particularly more difficult because we don't have benefits in SBD, which we know is something that generates faster growth, but despite this, you have achieved something that not all users achieve. Congratulations on that.

It is actually quite an impressive result to grow 5k SP in just a matter of few months.
I know that feeling pretty well. This is something I've been hearing from my wife every now and then :)
Back to main topic: Im sorry to see a bit of your frustration for not receiving support to your content (I presume you mean lack of support from curation team).
I'm aware that losing support can be frustrating, however At least you've been supported by them in the past.
I'm collaborating with number of people within our project.hope community and hardly anyone ever got an upvote from them. We've learned not to count on STINC team (I didn't get even one upvote from them ever).
