Hello mga Ka steemians, How are you everyone,i hope your day is really beautiful 🥰.
So let's move on.....
Here i am again joining and submitting my 2nd entry to steemitph contest of the week themed "My vegetable recipe"
So today I'm going to share the procedure of how to cooked this Saging Law-oy with Malunggay.
The ingredients is:
- Salt and Vetsin only
- moringga leaves
- different vegetables
- banana
So here's our banana this is not a ripe banana.
First thing first to do is you need scrape first the banana
Second ,you need to put it in the cauldron with water and boil.
Then, when it boils already you need to get that white you see, that something white in order to get the bitterness of it and after all you get it already then wait for a minute to boil again.
After, you need to put the malunggay and after a few seconds put the ingredients the salt and the vetsin and then after a while let's taste it if it is okay and indeed yummy already ahahha and then the last thing .
Time to eat that's all it's all yummy!
Actually,i get this idea of cooking to my father whenever he misses that kind if vegetable recipe of ours he will make and it's indeed yummy!
Also i hope you like my entry and hope that you will learn something new about this recipe i submitted heheh and also there's nothing imposible without trying it also you can mix any leaf vegetables to that recipe since my time is really short that time i couldn't get more leaf vegetables to mix on it.
You can mix camote tops, okra, and saluyot it called saluyot here in Our country Philippines.
