20 million CLOUT tokens (20%) will be used to invest in other block-chain projects over time including ICO’s and/or cryptocurrencies. These investments decisions will be made based on the highest rated opportunities by the upvoting of the CLOUT platform members. These tokens will be used to directly invest in the success of these projects, and CLOUT will hold these cryptocurrencies and assets in a secure but also transparent fund (Cold Storage). The CLOUT team will take profits from these positions over time as the projects succeed and spend these profits to continuously repurchase CLOUT tokens from the open markets to maintain the 20% Clout token holding for the investment fund. As this fund grows to accomplish specific milestones, a portion of these profits may be rewarded to Clout token holders in Ether to bring increased value to Clout token holders and/or used for other promotional efforts for the Clout Platform.

All the more reason to get in before the 3rd Tier, which btw, is only 1 million of the tokens. MOST are at $5 or under.

Exec.'s also receive their tokens at 5% per month after the ICO.
