The mining starts in 15 Mar 2018.
As usual, they have a tiered pricing:
25THz and above, 159 per THz
5THz to 15 THz, 169 per THz
up to 2.5THz, 179 USD per THz
The prices have increased about 25% generally, compared to prices in August.
