Scientists Say About The 1.5c Limit to Global Temperature Rise
Scientists have made a final warning about the increase in global temperature. According to them, catastrophe will occur if the global temperature is not kept below 1 decimal 5 degrees Celsius. Although keeping the temperature down is very expensive, the opportunity is not completely closed.
The United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) released a special report on climate conference held in South Korea's Incheon city. Representatives from 195 countries participated in the conference.
According to the BBC Online report, the IPCC presented a special report after a three-year study and week-long bargaining between scientists and government officials.
With an emphasis on putting temperatures below 1 decimal 5 degrees, IPCC vice-president Professor Debra Roberts said that if the temperature rise is greater than 1 degree to 5 degrees Celsius, it would be of great benefit. It will play an important role in reducing the effects of climate change. Changes in power, land management and communication system can be made.
