I had been waiting all day long for 3 hours in line to purchase some of the Civic crowdsale ICO tokens only to have them give me this message.
I was so close to being able to purchase tokens
Dang it I made it all the way down to number 1,045 I was so close. I can thank Coinbase for not being able to purchase any tokens today I transferred ETH last night to my wallet and they took 15 hours to finally transfer my ETH or else I would've logged on to purchase the toilets when it first went on sale.
I will stay logged on so I don't lose my spot in line to purchase some tokens, I am still at 1,045 hopefully they still have enough for me to purchase.

Another ICO I wasn't able to get into. I got in the line, then when I got the email too much time had past and I was kicked to the back of the line again. Frustrating!!!

You can probably buy some on a coin exchange in a month or two when they become available but who knows what the price will be at market value.
True... this is a good project though, I'm sure it'll be a higher price.
Did you manage to buy some? I had a number around the 7700's but was still able to buy some coins (only 500$ and below packages...the rest were sold).
I wasn't I don't know why. I think cause I was using Ethereum......
