Rimini is a seaside resort, whose charms were celebrated in the early movies of Federico Fellini. Fellini was born and raised here.

Rimini stands on the Adriatic coast in the region of Emilia-Romagna, the heartland of central Italy. We came to Rimini via Munich, Germany, Austria and the Dolomities,The Italian Alps. Emilia-Romagna is connection between the cold north of the Alps and the hot Mediterranean south. It is rich agricultural land with historical cities and beautiful landscapes. And Rimini today it is the largest beach resort in Europe. Rimini's coast stretches for 15km, is lined with clubs, bars, and restaurants. The crowded beaches are clean and well groomed. It is vibrant and nice place.

The town’s old quarter is pleasantly quiet. Ancient buildings and cathedrals, Italian architecture, fresh sea air, its charming cobbled streets are full of people, locals and tourist, bikes and bikers.
