Gorgeous city + awesome skyline. Hong Kong has been my go-to place in the past, from nature trips, shopping galore to theme parks and great eats!

Hong Kong is a small autonomous territory and a part of the People's Republic of China. One of the most densely populated cities in the world. As a result, developers have built skyscrapers to maximize such a limited space, leading to a bristling cityscape hailing Hong Kong as one great concrete jungle.

However, the mixture of a traditional and futuristic feel of Hong Kong has got my mind blown. Definitely, it's one great playground for professional and amateur photographers alike.

Hong Kong had been a British colony for almost 150 years but in 1997, a shift of sovereignty to China transpired. Correspondingly, most infrastructure acquired the design and standards of Britain.

As an amateur and aspiring photographer, this is the best place to test out different spots and try to get some decent shots. Hong Kong skyline is probably one of the most remarkable cityscapes in the world offering a more compact and dramatic view. Gazing at the skyline, one would notice how claustrophobic it can get yet it offers a whole lot of unique photographic experience. Definitely, a tremendous place where I can maximize my potential whenever I am out shooting. With its compressed skyscrapers, I can get the best and the most dynamic images possible.
