Enemy (2013) - Denis Villeneuve

“The Fountain” (2006) — Darren Aronofsky

Made by Darren Aronofsky, director of films like "Requiem for a Dream" or "π: The Order of Chaos", "The Fountain" is a poem about love and death. The film follows the course of the intertwined relationships of three characters that takes place in different spaces and times; the protagonist takes a trip to save the life of his cancer-stricken wife, but for this he will have to find the tree of life. A group of friends decide to spend their vacations on a yacht, a storm quickly forces them to board a cruise ship in which time seems to have stopped and one of the protagonists swears she had been there before. Film starring Jared Leto that tells the story of a 120-year-old man who in the future will be the last human. It shows us the different lives he has experienced and questions why he has lived so long.
