The Clockwork Orange Analysis
The adventures of a young man whose main interests are rape, ultra-violence and Beethoven. Alex (Main Character) has his own methods to have fun and unload his tremendous aggressiveness and he gets it enjoying through the tragedy and the misfortune of the others. Alex's History, from his beginnings as a morally delinquent until he became a civilized citizen integrated into society after undergoing a treatment capable of eliminating his violent instincts, form the dynamic and shocking movie "The Clockwork Orange." The Clockwork Orange was revolutionary for presenting a real criticism to a system that is the basis for our society, and for showing us a face of ourselves that we do not want to see and hide, but which is always present: that of violence, that of violence Marginality of a man who is more human than those who are part of the sick, ruthless and cruel system, that is, that is more human than us. SYNOPSIS OF THE FILM:
Great Britain, in the indeterminate future. Alex (Malcolm McDowell) is a very aggressive young man who has two passions: wild violence and Beethoven. The film is an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Anthony Burguess. Kubrick's blatant mixture of violence and sex in the film completely shocked not only the critics, but the society in general at the time, in the same way that the novel did in its day. The film deals with the darker side of the youth of its time (violence, maladaptation ...) in the same way as other films.
Goal of history:
Burgess and Kubrick draw a confused panorama in which we end up not knowing who the victim is and who the executioner, alternating the labels to make them see their uselessness.
