Chronicles of Elyria - Resumption of development

Numerous lawsuits against the authors of the MMORPG Chronicles of Elyria, it seems, forced the creators to continue communicating with players and resume full-fledged work on the game.

Official forums will be included soon and in addition, depositors will again be able to view what they bought in sets on the site and even play the alpha version. Soulbound Studios also promises transparency of development for all sponsors.

Recall that the end of the development of Chronicles of Elyria was announced in March. Then on the official forum there was a letter from the authors, where referring to the lack of funding, they announced that the project was canceled.

In the future, angry investors began to file lawsuits against the Studio for a refund, and then Soulbound Studios decided to hedge their bets by informing them about finding investors and continuing development "as a hobby", i.e. in their free time. Thus, the sponsors would not be able to return the funds even through court, since according to KickStarter and the official agreement, this is not possible while the product is being developed.

Now it is not known whether Soulbound Studios is dragging out the time until the next lawsuits, or whether It is actually fully engaged in the game. We think we'll find out soon enough.
