Christmas Gifts That Draws Smile In Her Heart

Christmas is for children.

Yesterday, December 20, 2017, is SMP Day Care Center Christmas Party and my daughter Shun Leanne is so excited to see her friends and classmates since they don't have class last Friday till Monday and they will meet on the day of their party (Tuesday). Giving gifts excited her a lot. She didn't know that the gift we are preparing is for her. Yes! She got two sets of gift, one is from her Lola and one from me. The one she's wearing was from her Lolo since he gave it two days before the party so we decided to let her wear that instead and we know, it will be looked good to her.

When you receive gifts from family and friends, the feeling is really great. It really drew a smile in our heart, mind, and soul but I don't why, my daughter really got a heart for everyone. she doesn't want to receive but we got an emergency gala before their Christmas Party since she requested us to buy some gifts for her best friends at school. I keep on letting her understand that in a simple way of giving, she can let someone happy and blessed and now, she is applying it. Now, I understand why teachers in daycare really loved teaching kids because simple lesson that you will share, they will get it, you will not see it immediately but soon, you will see what develops them most. Teaching her that saying "It is better to give than to receive." is worth it.

Thank you to those who gave an early Christmas gift for my Little Princess, our Aling Maliit Shun Leanne. I really appreciate it a lot. I know Christmas season is gift giving especially to those children. We all know that Christmas is for children and it is anticipation for them but for us, adults, Christmas is a memory.
