Whenever these dates are so significant for all, the fragance of a freshly baked ham bread is felt from the patio of our house and the exquisite flavor of the turkey that my grandmother prepares are reasons enough to wish you all could enjoy happiness and prosperity so that this love and joy will spread throughout the neighborhood.
An air of love and peace is reflected not only in my home, but in that of every family and country that celebrates this wonderful tradition. That is why now I want to share with all my friends steemians a bit of our family tradition. HERE WE GO!
I am fortunate to have a fairly large family that has come from different parts of the world, because almost all of them have had to settle in remote places, mostly because of work issues, and that is the reason for such distant visits, because we are a Family musical. My cousins Alex and Marissa are a duo who settled in Panama to promote their most recent songs and singles. My aunt Marly is fascinated by opera, since she moved to France where she has good shows with her husband and children every weekend.
For my part I am a musician from a very early age, because my father and my uncles intruded me into that great art teaching me to play different instruments that I have also been able to transmit to my children.
These dates are also very special for my grandfather, because his favorite moment of Christmas is when his grandson and closest friends come together to delight each one with their own repertoire well loaded with the most recent Christmas compositions that we enjoy to the exhaustion, because in my family, the one who does not sing ... One of the things that I love to enjoy these dates is undoubtedly the food. The unparalleled flavor of the freshly baked turkey that my grandmother prepares and the lasagna of my aunt Ana are a delight. She is an expert cook capable of satisfying even the most demanding palate. His turkey, ham bread and barbecue are his end of the year specialties. Without a doubt I hope to continue having a good time.
But while in my family everything is joy and happiness. I wanted to stop for a moment to pray for all those families that for some reason or another are not celebrating today because they do not have the necessary resources, because they suffer from a disease that limits them to being with their loved ones, but above all, to those poor families of the world. To the beggars and the most needy people who today cry to the Lord for a piece of bread. come with me!:
