Sunday Trip and Pancakes!
Every year around this time Cousin Abby has a craft show selling handmade Christmas items. It’s held at her Father’s farmhouse up in the mountains.
My wife made some items to sell there, stuffed birds.
Usually we stay all day, but we had some errands to run that day. As we were leaving I really liked the view so took some pictures
When we got home we had some lunch. I made pancakes with banana and blueberry inside.
I used the King Arthur’s Gluten Free flour and some gluten free rolled oats.
After that lunch we had to take a nap! They were delicious.
