Don’t Underestimate The Gospel!
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. 1 Corinthians 1:18 (KJV)
Putting the right attitude or behavior towards everlasting things will surely put us on the way to everlasting glory. The gospel of Christ Jesus was what brought liberation to mankind. Millions of individuals who have taken advantage and work with the gospel can give true testimony that this gospel of Christ is the Lord's power.
The gospel of Christ Jesus has the power and might to completely liberate and transform anyone from darkness to light. Be it a fornicator, a drunkard, adulterer, liar, etc. the power of the gospel can change all and bring them to light.
On another perspective, those who are yet to accept Christ into their lives still thinks that spreading the gospel is an act of foolishness. The word of God is foolish before their eyes because they have given room for themselves to be deceived by the devil.
Dear brethren, if you are born again your thoughts can never be the same with the thoughts of the unbelievers. Do not always complain like the unbelievers do, but ensure to feed yourself with the gospel of Christ. For the power of God is in the gospel. May the blessings of God be upon us. Amen!!!
