The Force of Divine Protection

When others are saying there is a casting down you will be saying there is a lifting up! It shall be unto you according to Isaiah 60:1-3. In the midst of darkness on the land, the glory of God shall rise upon you. You won't share out of the darkness, affliction or calamities of the people of the world. Instead of disgrace, it shall be grace, in place of demotion it shall be promotion for you. 

However there is a force that will make the above to be your experience - the gospel. Divine protection is your birthright, don't fear anything, your fear will establish your fall, but you will ever be lifted by faith in the gospel. Destiny nose dived at Eden, but it was raised up at Calvary. The gospel is the summary of what happened at Calvary. That is why the gospel is a thing to be proud of. Apostle Paul said in Romans 1:16 

"I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ...". 

Many Christians today are not sure of the gospel,  that is why the go to Church on Sunday and the very next day they consult a witch doctor. You need a holy anger against the force of hell; Satan is not a gentle man, rise against all his wiles. The gospel of Jesus is potent enough to protect you from anything. You don't need any other type of protection outside the gospel. 

What Makes The Gospel So Powerful? And What Is In The Gospel To Protect You?

The gospel of Jesus canceled everything that was done as a result of the sin of Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. For instance, Satan was given the right to eat dust (Genesis 3:14); and at the fall of man, God pronounced on him, "Dust art thou, and unto dust shall thou return" (Genesis 3:19). Hence, a fallen man is dust which Satan will eat. That was why Satan had access to afflict man because of sin. In Romans 5:12, scripture says, 

"Wherefore by one man, sin entered into the world, And death by sin; and so death passed unto all men, for that all have sinned". 

At the fall man entered a season of trouble, the land was cursed and death came.  However a change came when Jesus came to do the atonement for man. In Romans 5:8-9, scripture says, 

"But God commanded his love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrought through him". 

Every devil respect the atonement which we now receive at the instance of Jesus's death. Verse 11 of Romans 8 says, 

"And not only so, but we also joy in God through our LORD Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement". 

Atonement is a substitutionary death Jesus died, so that you that originally should die of sin can live. By the atonement Jesus came down that you might go up, he was beaten and battered on the cross for you to live healthily, he became poor for you to become rich, he carried all your woes so that you might carry all his blessings. In the atonement is every thing you need to live a purposeful and fulfilled life. Jesus on the cross said it is finished. He finished all troubles, all afflictions and all things that wants to rise against you. 

Liberty is a serious matter; you must be serious about it for your life to be glorious. As long as you are banking on the atonement, your life is protected, Satan can not kill you because someone has been killed on your behalf. In Romans 5:5, scripture is saying here that if men are dying because of the offense (of Adam), then many have the right to live because of the atonement of Jesus. And verse 17b says 

"You shall reign in life by Jesus Christ". 

Every time a man is disgraced, it is because he lacks grace, but in the atonement is abundant grace. If you are saved, you are safe. You can confront every power of darkness with the understanding of your salvation. Don't let your past sins weaken you on the altar of prayer, the atonement covers you as long as you confess your sins, repent and get converted. It is your mentality that defines your reality, don't let Satan hunt you with sin consciousness, it is his strategy to deprive you of enjoying your privileges given by the atonement. Christ has given you power and authority over Satan and his cohort, release the word of faith to resist him and he will flee - James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:8-9. 

When you experience bad dream, don't be terrified by it. Fear is an in-road to the devil to see if he can terrorize you. When you dream and it is good claim it. But when it is bad, cast it down by the blood of Jesus, and as you bank on the atonement, the bad dream won't come to pass. The atonement is still powerful; when Satan knows that you know your right, he will leave you alone. If you are a Christian on the defensive side, you won't enjoy your destiny, be on the offensive at all times. Many may fall by your right and left side, don't worry, you won't fall as long as you bank on the atonement.
