Believe in Jesus Christ
1 John 5:5
Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
What does it mean to believe? Believing isn't restricted to fairy tales and believing doesn't require a blind faith. Believing is more than just accepting as real. Believing is trusting. We have heard the saying "believe in yourself". This isn't to say that you have to believe in your own existence; It is to say TRUST in yourself and have confidence in yourself. In this same was we are to believe in Jesus Christ. We put our full trust and confidence in him. We trust that he has given us life and that through him, God will raise us again.
