Manifestation

Manifesting As Children of God.

For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. Romans 8:19 (kjv)

Being born into the family of God is a great privilege we have as Christians. It is not a product of our self-righteous works rather as a result of grace.

Apostle Paul in his Roman epistle, the 8th chapter was addressing the issue of our adoption by God. He was so clear in his explanation of our freedom from condemnation, thus, becoming "sons of God"(Romans 8:14).

As sons of God, we have the Spirit of God, and with that Spirit comes Power, with that Power comes Manifestation.

The "...creatures"? Hold on a second. I thought we all (including plants and animals, living and non living things) are creatures. Yes, true. But at the point of adopting, God no longer sees us (Christians) as creatures. He sees us as sons and heirs.

Every son must have a semblance of his progenitor. So we as sons of God must manifest. God manifested in the beginning and the earth came to be. He is still manifesting. He expects his sons to manifest as well.

Do you know that nature is waiting for your manifestation? You can never manifest until you recognize your place and position in Christ Jesus. "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name" (John 1:12 KJV). That power is the power to change things within your territory.

Jesus while on earth was able to manifest the glory of God in diverse manners. He influenced both living and non living things. He cursed a tree and it dried up (inanimate but living object), he spoke to the sea (inanimate non living object) and it obeyed his voice. He defied gravity, death and pain. This is Manifestation

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father." -John14:12(KJV). This was Jesus speaking to his disciples and by extension Christians. And Paul was just re-echoing the same sentiments. So the question is "why are you not manifesting? "
Well, it could be you have not yet discovered the power in being a Christian. All things have been brought under your control and dominion. So you are limitless, you are boundless, you are exalted, you are glorified. So, NEVER, NEVER let your circumstances define who you are, for you are supposed to define your circumstances.
