Better than fowls
Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Matthew 6:26.
At the time which Christ questioned the people about the lifestyle of the birds, it was necessary the people take into consideration the actual lifestyle of the birds of the air.
Absolutely, the birds don't work on farms, they don't sow and store foods in barns like humans do. Yet, they do have enough foods to sustain themselves.
Jesus has made it known that we are more cherished than the birds of the air. We have value in the site of God, we only need to acknowledge this fact and see ourselves as heir to God's inheritance. Dear steemian, this gospel means that, we are entitled to abundance of foods, we are better than animals, and God will continue to provide for us provided we remain steadfast and obedient to His commands.
