OK. Pray and ask God to help you. That may seem unhelpful but that's all I can say for now. In our weakness we sometimes feel like we can not even pray. But it's in our weakness that we need to seek the Lord. Read the scriptures too and God will come down. Your problem too may be a sin but ask God who has is the fountain of all grace to wash you.
