No, Islam is evil. It was given to mankind by Satan who deceived Mohammad. If you're a Muslim you're still a slave to sin and you're bound for hell no matter what you do.
Jesus died so that those who would accept him as savior and lord could be with him forever. Not only that, when you follow God with your whole heart he will make changes in your life that you could never do on your own.
God will give you a love for him and a love for people. We're all sinners in need of a savior.
