HE CALLS US SHEEP

HE MAKES ME LIE DOWN IN GREEN PASTURES 1

The Green pastures symbolize the realm of the overflow. However, the key is to lie down.
When you lie down, you have come to the point of surrender to God. You are still and know He is God.

God cannot prove Himself as God in salient situations if we are not restful. He wants us to give up the “What ifs” and trust Him totally.
While we can pour our emotions and feelings out to the Lord, He doesn’t delight in our wallowing in self-pity and constant worries.

1 Peter 5:7 speaks clearly to me, now:
”Throw the whole weight of your anxiety upon the Lord, for you are His personal concern”

"Pour out all your worries and stress upon him and leave them there, for he always tenderly cares for you." (TPT)

Sometimes, you will experience dryness but it won’t last forever. Contradicting situations may arise but God has said you will lie down in green pastures

God places the solitary in families and gives the desolate a home in which to dwell; He leads the prisoners out to prosperity; but the rebellious dwell in a parched land.(Psalms 68:6)

As His sheep, you will be fresh and flourishing. Your harvest and ingathering seasons are sure. He will bring the early and latter rain upon you. Your blessings will come in succession; one thing fast on the heels of the other!

Yes indeed, it won’t be long now.” GOD’s Decree.
