Worry is as a result of taking the focus off God and depending on our abilities. When we are confronted by situation and we start looking at ourselves to see if we can profer a quick fix to it, the end result is always worry because we would discover that we don't have what it takes to make the challenge go away. One problem with worrying too much about things we don't have the power or abilities to change is that such worries always progress to depression. That is why God said in his word that "we should cast all our cares on him" because he wants to save us from the consequences of depending on ourselves and man. Great post!

We spend at times a difficult or out of calm.
But those who trust in God, we can have peace of mind, that God is in control.
Persevere in his thoughts is the best we can do to keep us calm and peaceful.
