Labor in Him – 1 Corinthians 15:58
Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
Stand firm. A resolve to stay determined. He then says to let nothing move us. Have you ever had something happen in your life that just shook your faith? Or maybe had a disappointment from someone in the faith. Did you let it move you or did you stay faithful to the Father?
Next, we are told to always give ourselves fully to the work of the Lord. So, do you? Do you make it a point to work for the Father everyday? Do you seek out where He could use you for His kingdom? Regardless of what you believe your talents may or may not be, He can and will use you if you make yourself available to Him.
The last part of the verse says “because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.” Please know that you can do many things “for” the Lord, but only that which is done “in” the Lord will remain.
Let this be a focus in your time of meditation throughout the day. Until next time, Shalom.

@simms hola, espero no decir algún sacrilegio y no ser contrario a la fe, pero "Mantente firme", nunca puede ser contrario al dinamismo de la vida, quizás firmes en lo moral porque trascender a esta, nos dañaría y causaría serias lesiones a nuestra psiquis.
"No dejes que nada te mueva", quizas se refiere a profundizar,investigar, hacer mas solido y preciso ese conocimiento que crees tener(saber), para que puedas batallar(a la hora de encontrar alguna contrariedad), y defender lo que crees con argumentos sólidos.
"Siempre dedíquense plenamente a la obra del señor". Es decir; vive tu vida con la mayor intensidad, con honestidad sin dejar que los falsos valores te hagan tomar una mala decisión(no es nada fácil, vivir así)porque acaso tu mismo eres la obra del señor y el mundo que te rodea tambien lo es y que decir de la realidad.Por decir lo menos, todo esto es obra del señor.
"Porque saben, que su trabajo en el señor no es vano". Sin duda alguna, todo cuanto hagamos por El lo haremos por nosotros mismo, así que toda nuestra prosperidad y la capacidad de hacer daño a algo o alguien, se vera reflejada en nuestra realidad, que nunca sera en vano.Porque inevitablemente siempre seran tangible los resultado.
No he querido extenderme mucho sobre el tema, porque no es mi intensión debatir sobre el mismo, solo intento dilucidar, esas palabra escritas que me parecen de lo mas importante, sin que todo lo dicho anteriormente causen contrariedad, sino mas bien un poco mas de claridad.
Es una visión mas acorde con nuestra materialidad pero que nos dan una idea de que en lo intangible(espiritualidad), sino siempre, casi siempre nace la realidad.
