FRANK TALK WITH THE SINGLES/YOUTH WITH MATADONIS: EPISODE 1

Hello fellow steemians, I want to use this medium to welcome you all to FRANK TALK WITH THE SINGLES/YOUTHS.
My name is Udofia Matthew Sunday commonly know as matadonis.
In the show today, I will be talking on the future of youth.

what is future?
According to Oxford English dictionary;

future is the time that will come after the present or the event that will occur then.

The future refers to your tomorrow. The challenges you are facing today does not matter. Today is the womb that carries tomorrow, it must give birth to a better and greater thing.

There is a song I love so much and I believe you will love it too. The lyrics of the song goes thus;

It beautiful and colourful
I must get there
my future is bright
I must get there

do you know?
your future is not in the hands of any man, witches or wizards. It is in the hands of two people; You and God. If you like act like you don't care, the devil will act like he cares. If you like mesmerise with your today, you will live to regret it tomorrow.

You know quite alright that I can't do anything without biblical or scriptural back up. Let us consider what the book of Jeremiah 29:11 says;

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

No matter how powerful the power holding you is, it can't stop your shine, the only person that can stop you is you.

Destiny can be delayed but can never be denied.

Procrastination is dangerous, it is your duty to act fast in order to change your situation. God is always ready to answer when you call upon him with a clean heart.
In accordance to Jeremiah 29:12-14

Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.

And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

And I will be found of you, saith the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.

FACTORS THAT CAN AFFECT YOUR FUTURE
there are factors that can stand as hindrance to your future.
In this episode, only three important factors will be discussed.
The three important factors are;

1. The life you are living today/the way you are living today.
2. The friends you have now.
3. The person you marry.

Now let consider each factor, although in this episode I will dwell more on the third factor.

How are you living your life today?
Do you know that the way you are living your life today can create a positive or negative impact on your future?

The life you are living today determines what will happen tomorrow. The life you are living today is the seed you sow today in order to reap or harvest tomorrow.

1. The friends you have now
   who is your friend?

show me your friend and I will tell you who you are.

The friend you keep today will either affect you or you will affect him or her. If your friend is not a child of God, you are in trouble.
In the society today, people do one bad thing or the other through the influence of friends. All in the name of impressing someone, crime can be committed.

It is better not to have a friend than to have a wrong friend.

Your tomorrow is too beautiful and glorious for you to mess with it today.
It is not by force to be a friend, it is by choice. Choose your friends wisely.

1. The person you marry
   Your marriage can either make you or destroy you.
   That you are single is not a sin, it is a period for you to prepare in order to avoid sin after marriage.

It is better to be single and believing God to be married than to be married and believing you are still single.

Marriage is not a child's play, when you are in you can't go back.
It is advisable to choose a partner wisely.Marriage is life time education. it is not a high institution that you have a certain period to run a particular program for a certain certificate. Marriage certificate is for life time union.

ladies do you?
there are five different kinds of men you must never marry.

1. A man who does not know God (unbeliever)
2. a man who is a womanizer
3. a man who is always interested in sleeping with you.
4. a man who you don't love
5. a man you are not personally convinced about.

there are four kinds of ladies you must never marry

1. a lady who is not born again
2. a lady who still follow other men
3. a lady who is always demanding
4. a lady you lust after.
