INSIGHT: THE BROKE DOWN BUS OF RELIGEOUS INSTITUTIONS - SPEAKING FROM HONESTY AND HEART
I believe the religious institutional bus is broke down and beyond repair, we need the courage to jump on a totally new bus–the kingdom bus. Or to use the metaphor, being the new wine skin Christ can pour Himself into afresh-transformation. May we start with genuinely connecting as family outside the current constructs of religious mixture and seek a pure kingdom context under the Headship of Christ.
This is not to suggest shirking responsibilities in our current state but fulfilling them if all possible. We do the best we can in our current reality to live like Jesus is Lord as we put a measure of time, treasure and talent, collectively, into the alternative–an internal and external governance we call the kingdom of God. A people maturing in surrender to Christ "being their lives" where the royal law of love prevails. Every living stone functioning in the economy of Christ, "each join supplies" cooperating as one. I know, it sounds like "pie in the sky," BUT this is the heart of our Heavenly Father so I will align with His eternal purpose by faith unto FULLNESS. The question is who will join me?
