ONE DIED AND DEATH REIGNS

God had told the man "You may eat all the fruit of the tree in this garden except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, if you eat its fruit you will surely die" -Gen. 1:16-17.
The man contravened God's instruction and he died, Adam as a father could only 'will' death to his generation, because of sin. Sins brings death and death is eternal separation from God. The death of the first man on earth was and is a stigma that still ravage the world today.
God didn't design man to die either physically or spiritually but HE designed you and me to live just as HE lives forever like HIM since we were made in HIS own image and likeness.
Adam disobedience brought in both physical and spiritual death(see my previous posts). But the death of Christ brings eternal life (everlasting life: spiritual life). Though Adam causes physical death by disobedience, you may cause spiritual death by not obeying God. Even now, those who trust in God do not died(but sleep) because one who died cannot wake up but those who sleep do wake up (so believers will wake up at rapture)
if Adam were here today you and i will accuse him for bringing much pain to humanity, now look at yourself critically, are you an obedience child of God? Do you obey God in your daily living?.
Adam did not have any one to learn from but you have million of people to learn from about the danger of disobeying God.God has and still deals with people and nations for disobedience.
Jesus brings life to all people while Adam gave death to mankind.
If you desire to have everlasting life, you have to confess JESUS CHRIST as you LORD and personal Saviour. Forsake all sinful habit and let Christ reigns over you.
