JESUS OR RELIGION

Romans 3:4 says "The goodness of God leads to repentance" but religion says "No! You must repent from all your sins and start living a holy life before you can attract God's goodness." Jesus said in John 14:6 "He is the way to the Father." Religion says "Keeping the law and paying of tithe and offering is the way to the Father." Jesus said in Matthew 5:17 "He is the fulfillment of the law." Religion says "That can't be true, Jesus came to add more laws to the ones God gave to Moses." Jesus said "IT IS FINISHED." Religion says "It can't never be finished since we are still living a sinful world, we must keep confessing sins until God is pleased."

If you review all the aforementioned statements mostly made by these religious preachers, they are all against what Christ did at the cross. Their 'gospel' (which is not even the gospel) is an Antichrist 'gospel'. They often profess Jesus as their Saviour but they don't want to know or accept what He saved them from. They can read from Genesis to Revelation but their major problem is that they generalize everything they read and live by wrong assumption. These false preachers are everywhere, they've made big names and they had so many fans and followers, that's why even when you try to correct their wrong teaching, their fans won't give you a breathing space.

It is better not to read the bible than to read it and live with wrong belief. Whatever you see and read from the bible must be interpreted in the light of the finished work of Christ, else is an heresy. No wonder Paul has determined not to know anything among the Corinth Church except Jesus Christ and Him crucified (His finished work) (1 Corinthians 2:2) Paul was so aware of these poisonous religious preachers who claimed to know Jesus but their messages have nothing to do with Jesus Christ and His finished works.

As a believer, you must have this determination, not to hear any religious teaching from any 'pastor' or preacher except the one that reveals Jesus and His finished work. The message of Jesus (grace) does not give anyone a licence to sin rather it helps folks to live a glorious life in Christ...
