Simplicity

It is truly interesting to me, that most of the beauty in the world is found in simple forms. Take these French style truffles for instance.. they are made by carefully emulsifying fine chocolate and rich butter and then rolling them in cocoa powder. Yet they are some of the most luxurious types of confections that exist. I have read that, something only becomes perfect, not after nothing more can be added, but after nothing more can be taken away. I agree so much with that statement! It is in and of itself, also simple and beautiful. Seek simplicity, it will bring you joy.
