Im not so sure. We need to recover investors trust. Which is completely broken. And regulations need to be clear and easier to understand. Which will take time too.

I think 2019 will be very "boring" year.

Holding it here can't last forever and at some point they will all jump in.

My impression is that "smart money" do not care much about current crypto. They tried and it's surely interesting few (those who like very high risk porfolio). Most investors will wait for STO (security token offerings). Again, 2019 will most likely be very flat.
