One the oldest festivals in the world; and the reason all roads lead to home. But this year is different, people are advised to stay put and not travel if they don’t have to.

China has 12 years cycle and each of those 12 years is a different animal. This year is the Ox and if you were born in the year of the Ox it could be special, lucky, great, or depending on the cycle it could be the worst year of your life. Anyways, I was born in the year of the Monkey and this past Monkey year wasn’t great for me. It was my fire cycle, which is bad luck, and it really was. Maybe there is some truth to the Chinese zodiac.
