Finally the USA has imposed sanctions on Chinese military
Finally USA take a brave and bold step and imposed sanctions on Chinese military for buy Russian weapons(S400 and Sukhoi Su-35) this is a huge step of USA and a dangerous scenario, in this USA targeted the China's Equipment Development Department(EDD) this department is responsible for buying new weapons and also for making the weapon.
so after the sanctions china will face some problems if he wants to make a new weapon or if he wants to buy a weapon from another country .
by imposing sanctions USA is giving a global message that if any country buy weapons from Russia we will impose sanctions on that country by doing this USA also targeting the Russia because USA already imposed sanctions on Russia for interference in the United States Election process and its unacceptable behavior in eastern Ukraine(Crimea), and other activities.

The bill was passed during the 115th Congress, 98–2 in the Senate. Now if you are thinking that how china will react? it's obvious that china will never gonna say sorry for that.
china replied-"We strongly urge the US side to correct the mistakes immediately and revoke the so-called sanctions. Otherwise the US has to bear the consequences of it."
Russia stands with china and criticised the sanctions on the Chinese military, warning the US against "playing with fire".
It would be good for them to remember there is such a concept as global stability which they are thoughtlessly undermining by whipping up tensions in Russian-American ties," Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said in a statement.
