I think you might be right on the numbers going down. If it appears to be under control, factories go back to work, and shipping can resume.
I think the US relies on China for something like 95% of antibiotics and other life saving meds, as well as other countries. It makes sense why WHO would be concerned about keeping the shipping open...

Now go read "The creature from Jekyll Island". As a cryptocurrency "talking head" you would benefit SUBSTANTIALLY from understanding this information.
For you it will be a twofer.
First you will get a CLEAR understanding of why Bitcoin was made, why it's important for the little people and why it's a threat to Government.
Secondly it's a great insight on just why these Government "things" act or operate like they do.
Their actions don't make sense until you understand the reason WHY they do the things they do.
