Chillhit; And how it makes your smoke safer
You either love it or hate it; the smoking of a waterpipe. If you’re into it then it can be an incredibly fun activity to take part in. Yet we know that there are quite some downsides of smoking as well. But this isn’t caused by the smoke itself but by the heat of the smoke. How chill hit can take away this downside we will discuss here.

Why is hot smoke dangerous?
Inhaling hot smoke is never good for your lungs, whether it be from a cigarette, a campfire or weed. It’s the factor of smoking that will cause you to have lung cancer in the long run. It can also cause a disease named Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which will have obstructed the taking up of oxygen. This will then eventually lead to tightness in the chest and having short breaths. Now inhaling cooler smoke is still bad for your lungs, there is no escaping that. But it does lower the severity of the damage that you’re doing. And luckily we have created a device that can chill the smoke for you, so meet the chillhit.

How does chillhit work?
The basic function of chill hit is that you attach it to your water pipe and that it will cool the smoke for you. The chillhit device is compact in its size and easy to take anywhere. The chillhit device consists of a tempered glass coil with a glycerine based cooling gel encased in a silicone sleeve. This device is sealed airtight. You don’t need to add anything to the chillhit device to make it work. All you need to do is put it in the freezer and it will cool the smoke next time you use it.
Chillhit is specifically designed for any kind of water pipe user, whether you’ve smoked for years or never did before. It is created not only to make your smoke healthier but also to create the best smoking experience you can get without any discomfort. It is easy to use and compact to take anywhere. On top of this it is available in multiple colours, so there will always be one of your liking.

Of course, there are more devices which work like this, but there are some obvious reasons why you should opt for this one. To start with, this one doesn’t require you making ice and adding it to the cooling device, you have a gel for that. And it is also one of the cheapest pieces out there on the market that do this kind of work. And it provides you with a splash guard cooling mouthpiece, which is always handy to have. The only thing you need to do is place the chill hit in the freezer until it is cold and you can use it immediately when you take it out and attach it to your water pipe. It doesn’t get much simpler than that.
I hope that you are now just as convinced as I am that this is a brilliant product, and the best one of its kind. When you do enjoy a smoke now and then and would like it to be a little less irritating for your throat and lungs, then this is the ideal solution. It’s not an expensive product, so when you don’t like it then you barely lost anything, but I doubt that you won’t enjoy using it. For everyone who uses a waterpipe that is a helpful attachment worth the purchase.

As an avid vaper who has done extensive research on the subject of vaporization vs. combustion: What research are you citing when you say cooling the smoke makes it "safer"? You're still getting the tar and carcinogens that result from combusting plant material with fire...I'm interested.

thanks for your interest, Ill ask the guy who invented it. I think it reduces the risk of negative effects to lung tissue from high temperatures. I dont know what the threshold temperature is to prevent damage/irritation from heat, or the severity of damage/irritation from simply smoking. With things that are inherently bad for you the only thing you can really do is increase the margins of safety. Also prophylactics are definitely in the safety category. let me know if you find anything on the effects of temperature on the lungs.
