First thing search on the introduceyoursef tag see how other people do it and do one introduction post yourself useing the tag , there are many helping new users and that is the way they notice you , and it is a lot to learn but you will gradually do :)
Ps. Postiong once a day is best practice - between 9pm an 11 pm
It can really be a steady source of income, and steady income for artists is not so often found , I asked around some people that are better guides than me , hopefully they will come soon to help
