Firstly cut orange%20curry%2000[1].jpginto some pices. Add vinegar and juice of tamarind. If you don’t have tamarined you may use lemon instead of that. Add about a qouater cup of curry powder . Salt for the taste and black paper in a bowl. Add all chicken and toss it to coat

Heat up the coconut or sunflower/ Olive oil in a saucepan. Let all the stuff Cooked
the sliced onion

Cardamom pods
cloves
curry leaves
ginger,
Cinnamon stick
When onion become golden brown after about about 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to some medium low condition and then continue to cooking and Stir the onion is very well until brown , 15 to 20 minutes more. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add all marinated chicken pieces and water do not forget to put some tomato paste as well. Cook the chicken for more than 10 minutes until it half cooked. Add some curry powder also.
Finally add Coconut milk and stir until chicken is fully cooked
