Chiang Mai Air Pollution

Burning season here in Chiang Mai again . 3 months of bad air. This is not caused by wildfires. Its caused by controlled burning by farmers to clear their land in preparation for next planting season. Government is trying to regulate this with little effect.

I have yet to see any studies on the long term health effects of having to live under these conditions for 3 months each year. It can't be good

People complain about breathing issues. This years its really affecting my eyes
