Role and Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and initiatives
• Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers
• Making telephone calls, in-person visits, and presentations to existing and prospective customers
• Planning and managing the annual marketing budget
• Managing marketing content in website, blog, social media, etc
• Generating quotations
• Expediting the resolutions of customer problems and complaints
• Handling customer needs and requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Thai nationality
• MUST have excellent spoken and written English (additional language is a bonus)
• University graduate
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume
• Good Team Player
