Hello friends of creative chess! You may wonder why the interval between two of my puzzles sometimes amounts to several weeks, but sometimes only a few days. The answer is simple: creating such a quiz is not an assembly line job, but a creative process that I cannot enforce to happen. If I'm not in the right mood, it's simply pointless trying to create a reasonably interesting, aesthetically satisfying chess riddle out of thin air. However, on other days I could come up with three at once ... of today's quiz exist, for example, several versions, between which I had to select one. I hope you like my choice and have a lot of fun solving it! :)
Your task is to checkmate with white in four moves at the latest (as always, the use of chess software isn't appreciated). Let's go! :)

Hallo Freunde des kreativen Schachs! Ihr mögt euch fragen, weshalb der Abstand zwischen zweien meiner Rätsel zuweilen mehrere Wochen, manchmal jedoch nur wenige Tage beträgt. Die Antwort ist simpel: Eine solches Quiz zu kreieren ist keine Fließbandarbeit, sondern ein schöpferischer Prozess, den ich nur schlecht erzwingen kann. Bin ich nicht in der passenden Stimmung, ist es schlicht zwecklos, zu versuchen, eine einigermaßen interessante, auch ästhetische Ansprüche befriedigende Schachaufgabe aus dem Boden stampfen zu wollen. An anderen Tagen wiederum könnte ich mir gleich drei auf einmal ausdenken ... von der heutigen Aufgabe existieren beispielsweise mehrere Versionen, zwischen denen ich mich entscheiden musste. Ich hoffe, ihr seid mit getroffenen Wahl zufrieden und habt viel Spaß beim Lösen! :)
Ziel ist es, mit Weiß in spätestens vier Zügen schachmatt zu setzen (wie immer ist die Nutzung von Schachprogrammen unerwünscht). Auf geht's! :)
