Well, I'll try to better explain.

The image I'm referring to is this one (position after 7...Ke8):
On this position a continuation could be: 8. Qh5+ g6 9. Nxg6 Bxg6 10. Qxg6+ Kd7. At this point Black still maintains the advantage of a piece, but White has regained a +1 and put black king exposed to attacks. In effect it is not sure about a real advantage for White after this, but I think he has a better position.
