CHEMICALS TO AVOID 101: MERCURY
Before I talk about where Mercury is in our environment, let's take a moment to look at how disgustingly putrid this stuff looks in liquid form. To me, it looks like hyper-condensed death-liquid. You definitely don't want this stuff anywhere near you. Unfortunately, it's all around us.
Here are some of the places you can bet you'll find some toxic Mercury.
-Seafood: Yes, some seafood has mercury. Typically, the bigger the fish, the more mercury, because that bigger fish ate even smaller fish which also had mercury, and these are bio-accumulating doses. Poor fish... I'd recommend steering away from pacific fish because of the toxic Fukushima radiation that's been leaking into the pacific for years.. Also farmed and GMO fish is a disgrace, don't eat dyed, trash meat...
-Mercury Amalgam Tooth Fillings: This is really messed up... Why put something toxic completely integrated into the mouth? Dental is so expensive too, so there's economic incentive to leave poison in your teeth if you have mercury amalgam fillings. Ask your dentist. And then tell them fluoride is toxic waste-turned commodity.
-Some Light Bulbs: These are the compact fluorescent (CFL) light bulbs, they typically look "curly" and have an annoyingly bright white light, instead of the "warm yellow" type of bulbs with zero poison inside. If the curly bulbs are leaking, rest assured mercury is leaking into the air. It's magic! Leave the room!
-Thimerosol (in some Vaccines): Ironically enough, Big Pharma has even started making "Thimerosol-Free" Vaccines... Ya know, for those who are educated enough to realize Thimerosol is toxic poison. I'm amazed they still offer the Thimerosol varieties...
Wow, by now, you're practically a mercury expert! Now get out there and annoy all of your friends with your newly gained knowledge!

Such a lovely chemical ! thanks for your post :) !! will follow
Thanks Chris, I also followed back (: Please let me know if you have a favorite toxic chemical I haven't mentioned yet!
Mercury is such a fun substance due to its spectacular properties such as how dense it is but you have clearly outlined how dangerous it is and how it should be handled with great care.
Yeah I wouldn't mind playing around with it in a hazmat suit! ;D
I love how dense it is :)
Yeah it is pretty crazy, looks like stainless steel mixed with Play-Doh
Lol I was going to write play-doh for nerds. By the way is there a link to your ted-x talk?
I want to do another one, because there has been a lot more findings and research since then. I also anticipated that they would censor me if I mentioned too much, so there are DEFINITELY a couple topics I deliberately left out. But, taking that with a grain of salt, I hope you enjoy my awkward self from Sophomore year college (:
Well it was actually very god content combined with great presentation. Following you, enhoy your content.
1 positice critism : use less now :)
Also check acetylcysteine you may like it.
Thanks for the input (: Yeah I'm mostly glad my SWEAT wasn't that visible in the video. I was covered in sweat, it was really awkward :D
